Don't make me go "Subway Drive-Thru" on you!

Last Saturday I had to work until around 1:30 and was starving when I got off.  I was going to my sister's house in Rockport and there really is no where to stop to get something to eat between downtown and her house going the way I go, except for a Subway inside a gas station.  And since I'm trying to eat healthier, I decided to go there.  I pulled up to the menu and waited for someone to take my order.  Keep in mind I am a patient person for the most part, so it takes a lot to get me aggrivated.  I sat there and sat there and no one acknowledged that I was there.  So I back the car up and pull forward again thinking they will hear their beep mechanism and acknowledge that there is a car at their drive-thru.  Nothing.  So I kindly give a friendly little toot of the horn.  Nothing.  I know they are open because the big, neon open sign is on and I can see people moving around inside the restaurant through the big picture windows they have.  Now I am starting to get mad.  I thought about driving up to the window and tapping on it to let them know that they have a customer, however I'm sure they would spit in my food.  I kindly toot the horn again and nothing.  At this point, I am flaming mad.  I'm on my period, I'm starving, and there is no where else to stop along the way.  So what do I do?  I grip the steering wheel with both hands, take my foot off the brake and STOMP on the gas.  My tires squeel as I go speeding through the drive through and blaring my horn past their window.  I wonder if they saw me then??  LOL!  Even turning out of the gas station back onto the road, I gun it and squeel tires.  I was so flipping aggrivated.  I know now how ridiculous and possibly dangerous that situation could of been, but I.WAS.MAD!

I'm still chuckling just blogging about this.

I did the same thing and then my daughter informed me that they have closed all their drive thru's! You have to go inside now. I wonder how many people don't know that!
