On this particular morning, a lot of us were up extra early for our excursion to Goff's Caye Island. Because of the time change, tender times, ship time and port times, I think we were all confused on the time we were supposed to be at the port. HA! We boarded a tender boat from the ship to take us to the port of Belize. Once there we had about a two hour wait for our excursion to start. It was actually nice and gave us a chance to look around port, because once we got back from our excursion, we had to hop on a tender and get back to the boat before it left.
While we were waiting, Shawn and I stopped at the Wet Lizard for a virgin Miami vice and some fries.

While on the boat, they passed out these little bags of water!?! Yeah, I wasn't a fan of it.
Welcome to Paradise! I loved visiting this little island because it was just that - little. It's just over an acre in size. There was a restroom, a couple food stands and that was it. Our own little Gilligan's Island for the next three and a half hours. While the majority of those that went in our group went snorkeling, a couple of us stayed behind and enjoyed the island's offerings. It was pretty overcast in the morning while we were there, but by the time we were leaving the sun came out and that water was beautiful! I could of stayed here all day!
My lunch on the island was steak and chicken kabobs. They were OK, but not as yummy as people on reviews went on about. I wasn't to sure about that steak, or if it was even steak. Yikes!
Once we got back to the boat, it was almost dinner time and everyone else went back to get ready for dinner, but I opted for a Guy's burger and was going to just relax. Instead, I ventured off to the spa when they made an announcement over the speaker about a special they were running on a massage and facial. It was nice, but definitely not my Joy!
